Ultra Off-Road 2019: Alaska Now Out For Switch
Ever noticed how most racing games use tropical and sunny locales? That’s not the case for Ultra Off-Road 2019: Alaska, a game that just reached Nintendo Switch. If you’re ready for a ride less cushy, try the Alaskan wilderness.
The entirety of this game takes place in the frozen north, and not on paved paths either. You’re not just dealing with extreme weather in your 4×4 vehicle, but extreme weather in flux — the conditions outside change dynamically, so you’ll never know what to expect. There’s also a vehicle damage system where your car will gain visible bumps and scratches when you mess up. You can try the career mode and see how far you get, but it’d be best to get a grip on things with the freeride mode first.
Ultra Off-Road 2019: Alaska – main features:
- off-road challenges;
- 2 huge maps;
- dynamic weather change system;
- day and night cycles;
- 8 different routes;
- Alaskan off-roads;
- 6 unique vehicles;
- car damage system.
Ultra Off-Road 2019: Alaska was released a few months ago on PC by IceTorch Interactive, but its Switch conversion was handled by Ultimate Games S.A. And it was released just a few hours ago, so check out Ultra Off-Road 2019: Alaska on Nintendo Switch today.
