This morning, during Microsoft’s E3 press conference, Turn 10 Studios’ Dan Greenawalt introduced Forza 6 with a new trailer, and some new factoids about the upcoming racer.
The rumors about the many, many, many cars are very, very, very true. There are over 450 to pick from! You can race ’em in 26 real-world locations, with up to 24 online players at one time. The game will render at a solid 60 frames per second, in full 1080p.
Forza 6 was originally announced last January at the North American International Auto Show. It was at that point that Microsoft announced a partnership with Ford would bring its authentic cars into the game, including the Ford GT, Shelby GT350 and F-150 Raptor.
The game now also has a solid release date. Forza 6, or Forza Motorsport 6, will be out for XBox One on September 15, 2015. View the E3 trailer below.
