GRID Autosport Confirmed For Nintendo Switch
Where will GRID Autosport turn up next? Are Switch owners finally getting a turn at the wheel? It would appear so — the game made an appearance during the Nintendo Direct video yesterday, and publisher Codemasters has confirmed it’s coming to the platform.
Codemasters claims that GRID Autosport “will be the first full racing simulator to come to Nintendo Switch,” but we’re sure that’s not accurate. At any rate, the game is a racing sim with realistic recreations of real-world tracks like the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It’s been available for mobile devices and the PC, and now it’s coming to a Nintendo machine.
“GRID Autosport‘s AAA production values and deep yet accessible gameplay will make it a fantastic addition to the Nintendo Switch,” says David Stephen, managing director at Feral Interactive, developers of the game. “Following its success on iOS, we’re thrilled to bring it to Switch players.”
