This week Bandai Namco Games unveiled a short video teasing their new racing game F1 2015.
Race like a champion in F1 2015 – get closer than ever before to the experience of racing in the world’s most glamorous, exciting and prestigious motorsport. F1 2015 puts you in the heart of the action with a stunning new game engine that recreates the blisteringly fast and highly responsive racing cars of FORMULA ONE™ and features all-new ‘broadcast presentation’ that immerses you in the unique race day atmosphere.
On the webpage promoting the game, Namco boasts F1 2015 has a new game engine under its hood, delivering souped-up graphics over F1 2014. The 2015 model also contains some new gameplay modes: a new Championship Season mode, a Pro Season Mode and an Online Practice Session mode that will allow you to try out the online courses by yourself before you race others on the same tracks.
Namco is calling their game “the most relevant Formula 1 game ever” because it automatically updates itself to keep current with actual F1 racing stats. The game is releasing early to take advantage of this feature and cover the entire professional racing season. Namco also calls the game “the most inclusive ever” because they designed it to appeal to both racing newbies and hardcore racing game veterans at once. That’s the hope anyway.
F1 2015 will be out later this month, July 21, for XBox One, Playstation 4 and PC.
