Who’s ready for some motocross racing? MXGP 2020 is preparing for a December release on current and brand-new consoles…what can we expect?

MXGP 2020 is the official racing game of the FIM Motocross World Championship, and will contain all 19 circuits from the current season of the real thing. If you want more than what’s out there, the Track Editor feature will let you create almost anything you can dream up — and at any altitude, with a “Heightmaps” feature that allows for customizable terrain, hills and mountains. You’ll be able to upload your tracks online, and download the tracks of others.

The multiplayer mode boasts dedicated servers and many many customization options for tournaments (some are arriving later with Race Director Mode, a feature that will be added with a post-launch patch). A career mode lets you race from amateur to pro, either by joining a team or founding one. And the Playground is back, this time with support for up to three other simultaneous people.

Today Milestone released the first gameplay video from MXGP 2020. And the game is being played by professional motocross competitors Tony Cairoli and Jeffrey Herlings. Which one of them will be the victor in this tight race?

MXGP 2020 will be released December 10 for Playstation 4, Playstation 5, XBox One and PC via Steam.
