MX Vs ATV All-Out Confirmed For Switch
Remember THQ Nordic’s MX Vs ATV All-Out? The motocross racer was released for Playstation 4, XBox One and PC in 2018…but what about Switch?
As far as ports go, this was a long wait, but it looks to be nearly over. THQ and Rainbow Studios announced today a Switch version of MX Vs ATV All-Out is nearly done and should be on the eShop this September.
In MX vs ATV All Out, players start out on their own, private compound where they earn valuable upgrades while honing their racing skills – upgrades include gear, parts, MX bikes, ATVs and UTVs! Players can choose to explore massive open-world environments or compete in Supercross, Nationals, Opencross, Waypoint, and Tag events on all the biggest tracks with many top pro riders from around the world. All of this plus an insane stunt system in freestyle mode, two-player split-screen, and 16-players competing online.
There are several modes to mess with in MX Vs AV, including two-player split-screen and an online mode that supports up to 16 bikers at once. Competitively there are the Supercross, Nationals, Opencross, Waypoint and Tag modes, and a freestyle mode if you want to hone your skills without penalty. You’ll also have a garage to store all your winnings and show off all the customized vehicles you collect.
The announcement of a Switch version of this game was just a quick blurb, so we have no answer yet for the most important question: will this release contain all the DLC content that’s been produced for the other releases? An “Anniversary Edition” was released last year with this extra content packed in. We want to say this is the version that will be on the Switch, as they’d be jerks not to do this, but there is no word yet. The Switch version of comes out September 1.
