Here’s What’s Coming To Driveclub Over The Next Year
Evolution community manager Jamie Brayshaw has made a new post on the Playstation Blog detailing what the dev team plans to add to the PS4-exclusive racer Driveclub over the next few months. “Driveclub is gearing up for another big year and we want you to help us shape it! It’s amazing to see the global network of connected racers and clubs in Driveclub keep growing, and we’re looking forward to the year ahead.”
Jamie mentions more modes, tracks and cars are on the way, as well as private multiplayer lobbies. If that sounds a bit too vague, Jamie provided a list of specific new features Evolution will be rolling out to Driveclub players in the next few months.
- Fully customizable multiplayer lobbies
- Mew difficulty options
- More tracks
- Community events
- Extra Photo Mode options
- Fine-tuning for drift mode
- Smarter notifications
There’s more: as a special promotion, and as thanks for those who have played and supported Diveclub thus far, Evolution is offering double XP in all versions of the game (including the free Playstation Plus version) from now until August 24.
Most of these features and updates are being created and added based on community input. If there’s something you’d like to see in Driveclub, or something you think needs fixing, be sure to let Evolution know through the Playstation forums and the Driveclub Facebook page.
