Here’s The Project Cars Launch Trailer

We’re only days away from the official release of Slightly Mad Studios’ content-stuffed racer, Project Cars. And as such, the developer has released a launch trailer hyping the various cars and tracks in the game. This will be your last view from afar before you can play the game yourself in two days.

If you don’t like EDM, fair warning: this has a lot of EDM.

One unusual thing about Project Cars is that it will have the same graphics options on consoles that it does on PC, meaning if you want post-processing filters, lens flare, rain drops, screen dirt, bloom, and the like, you can turn them on — and if you don’t like them you can switch them off. As far as we know, Project Cars is alone among console titles in this feature. “Console owners should have just as much right to tailor their game to their particular preferences as PC players, whether that’s authenticity, visual options, how the camera reacts, accessibility etc,” says creative director Andy Tudor.

After four years in development and multiple delays, Project Cars will be out at last May 7th for PC, Playstation 4 and XBox One. There will be a Wii U version when they get around to it.
