Codemasters’ next F1 racing game, F1 2015, has been delayed, but not by much — only four weeks. The new timetable for release is in July.
To make up for the short delay and tide its fans over, Codemasters has released a fresh teaser trailer featuring new gameplay footage from the almost-completed F1 2015. Check it out embedded below:
This new edition in the F1 series will boast a refined version of the EGO engine that, according to the developers, will “act as a significant step forward in the game’s visuals and physics-based handling model.” The new engine will also be enhancing the simulation of transmission, aerodynamics, fuel tank, force feedback, and suspension. It’ll render at 1080p on PS4, but at 900p on XBox One. The final game will include over 20 areas.
Codemasters’ F1 2015 will be out July 10 for Playstation 4, XBox One and PC.
