Codemasters Promises the Most Accessible F1 Experience Yet in F1 2014 Trailer

on

This new trailer for Codemasters’ upcoming F1 2014 features a laundry list of new features. In addition to new tracks, events, turbo chargers and other upgrades, perhaps most intriguing is the promise of the most “accessible” F1 game yet.

The way the game accomplishes this is even more interesting. According to a Codemasters press release, the game will have a driver evaluation system that’ll judge you and tune the difficulty to your level. If even that is still too hard, they’ve also added a new “very easy’ mode for players who just want to race short, quick, fun races. Personally, I figure the pain and frustration is vital to the F1 Experience, but to each his own.

If you do want a more tough race, however, the game has customizable settings for you to make it as difficult as you like.

F1 2014 will be out for Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 Oct. 21.
