Turn 10 Studios Addressing Forza Horizon 2 Storm Island Crash Bugs

If you’ve dropped $20 on an expansion like Forza Horizon 2’s Storm Island, it’s a kick in the teeth when it doesn’t work right. Some Xbox One players have been reporting major difficulties with the new severe weather-focused content, including crashes and missing events.

Turn 10, thankfully, has listened. It recently announced on its forums that it is working on a fix for reported issues, including:

• Car Meets not unlocking resulting in access to Storm Island being blocked.

• Game crashes each time the user booted the game into the Storm Island hub.

• No new events appear after installing Storm Island.

The fix should be out soon.

“We hope to have this update available to players at some point next week. As soon as we’re able to, we’ll let you know a more specific release date,” the forum post says.
